Vardhman Polytex (VPL) had reported a turnover of Rs. 212 crore for the quarter ended September 2016, a decline of 2.6% compared to the same quater the previous year.
The company reported a small profit of Rs. 35 lakh for the September quarter - this marks an overall six month decline in the company's performance for FY17. Net profit for the six months of FY 17 stands at Rs. 69.3 lakhs, compared to Rs. 3.3 crore in FY16.
