Realty company Sunteck Realty announced Q1FY26 results Pre-sales grew to ~Rs 657 crore, up 31% YoY. Collections stood strong at ~Rs 351 crore. EBITDA grew to ~Rs 48 crore, up 52% YoY. Collections stood strong at ~Rs 310 crore for Q4FY25 as against ~Rs 296 crore for Q4FY24. Revenue grew by 27% QoQ to ~Rs 206 crore from ~Rs 162 crore in Q3FY25. EBITDA grew by 41% QoQ to ~Rs 69 crore from ~Rs 49 crore in Q3FY25. PAT grew by 19% QoQ to ~Rs 50 crore as against ~Rs 43 crore for Q3FY25. EBITDA margin stood strong at ~33%.
