Finance company Shriram Finance announced Q2FY26 results The Net Interest Income for Q2FY26 increased by 11.77% and stood at Rs 6,266.84 crore as against Rs 5,606.74 crore in Q2FY25. The profit after tax increased by 11.39% and stands at Rs 2,307.18 crore as against Rs 2,071.26 crore recorded in Q2FY25. The earning per share (basic) increased by 11.34% and stands at Rs 12.27 as against Rs 11.02 recorded in Q2FY25. Interim Dividend: The Board declared an Interim Dividend of (240%) Rs 4.80 per share, the Record Date for the entitlement thereof has been fixed as November 07, 2025. Assets under Management: Total Assets under Management as on 30th September, 2025 increased by 15.74% and stood at Rs 2,81,309.46 crore as compared to Rs 2,43,042.55 crore as on 30th September, 2024 and Rs 2,72,249.01 crore as on 30 th June, 2025. Profit after tax increased by 8.84 % and stood at Rs 2,155.73 crore as against Rs 1,980.59 crore recorded in the Q1FY25. Earning per share (basic) increased by 8.73 % and was Rs 11.46 as against Rs 10.54 recorded in Q1FY25.
