The Managing Directors at Sadbhav Engineering and MT Educare have submitted resignations. Both were effective immediately.
Former Managing Director Shashin V. Patel has been associated with Sadbhav Engineering since May 2000. He resigned effective immediately due to what the company said were personal reasons. Three other directors also resigned from the board - Vasistha C. Patel, Vikram R. Patel and Vipul H. Patel. The MD and directors are also promoters of the company.
Mr. Debshankar Mukhopadhyay, former MD of MT Educare, has tendered his resignation due to what the company said were personal reasons. He was replaced with Arun Kumar Khetan, a Chartered Accountant who was formerly the CEO at Zee Interactive Learning Systems.
