Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Company has fixed Wednesday, 17th September, 2025 as Record Date for payment of final dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting for FY 2024-25.
