This is to inform that Mr. Ram Rakesh Gaur, Chief Executive Officer of the Company will be taking up a new role within the group and consequently, he shall cease to be the Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours of March 31, 2024. The Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, at its meeting held today, i.e., on March 28, 2024, has appointed Mr. Harsh Bapna as Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from April 01, 2024.
