This is to inform that pursuant to the Alok Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and Specified Connected Persons of the Company and Material Subsidiaries of the Company ("Alok Code"), the Trading Window Closure Period will commence from 1st October, 2024 and end 48 hours after the Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2024 become Generally Available Information.
