As per the SEBI Regulation and Company Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading , it is informed that the trading window foe dealing in securities of the company for all the designated person and connected person including immediate relative has been closed from Tuesday , 1st July 25 and same shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025.
