As per SEBI Regulations ,2015 and Company Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Securities if the for all the designated persons and connected persons including their immediate relatives has been closed from Wednesday 1st July 2026 and same shall remained closed till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
