Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window has been closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from October 29, 2024 and will remain closed upto November 14, 2024, i.e. till expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
