U17299MH2022PTC385451. The details in respect of the WOS, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are enclosed as Annexure A. We request you to take the above on record and treat the same as compliance under the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
