Board at its meeting held today approved the appointment of : a. Mr. Kenji Asakawa as the Additional Director (designated as Executive Director - Projects) w.e.f 27th January, 2024. b. Mr. Kenji Asakawa as the Executive Director (Projects) for a period of 3 years w.e.f. 27th January, 2024, subject to approval of Shareholders.
