With reference to our earlier intimation dated 02-05-2025, regarding intimation of Mr. Mitanshu Shah, CFO & KMP of the Company wherein his relieving date was not decided. In this regard, we hereby inform you that today i.e. 31-05-2025 is mutually decided as the last working day /relieving date of CFO & KMP. Accordingly, after close of business hours of 31-05-2025, Mr. Mitanshu Shah would cease to be CFO & KMP of the Company.
