Auto Tyres & Rubber Products company MRF announced Q3FY25 results MRF's consolidated total income increased by 13.76% to Rs 7,098.90 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 6,240.08 crore for Q3FY24. The consolidated profit before tax stood at Rs 424.18 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 682.41 crore for Q3FY24. Provision for tax for the quarter is Rs 108.72 crore. Consolidated net profit for Q3FY25 is Rs 315.46 crore as compared to Rs 509.71 crore for Q3FY24. The Board of Directors have declared a Second Interim dividend of Rs 3/- (30%) per share of Rs.1 0 each for the year ending 31st March, 2025. Result PDF
