Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, please find enclosed Annual Report for Financial Year 2024-25 along with the Notice of the 41st AGM containing the matters proposed to be transacted in the AGM, together with the instructions on Remote e-Voting as prescribed by SEBI and other general instructions for the benefit of shareholder.
