This is to inform that on recommendations of the Audit Committee and pursuant to the provisions of Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules, the Board of Directors of the company, in their meeting held on 30th May 2023, has re-appointed Grant Thornton Bharat LLP (Chartered Accountants) as Internal Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2023-24 on such terms and conditions as mutually agreed with the Internal Auditors. This is not a change in Internal Auditors and accordingly, the provisions of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR), 2015 read with SEBI circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 regarding mandatory disclosure within the prescribed 24 hours, is not applicable to the company. Please take the said intimation on record.
