The Trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company by its designated person shall remain closed form 1st April 2025 till 48 hours after conclusion of the meeting of board of directors of the company to be held to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results f the Company for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.
