Approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30.06.2025. 2. Declared 1st (First) Interim Dividend for financial year 2025-26 at the rate of Rs. 1.30 per share (13% of paid up share capital of the Company. Further the record date set for the purpose of payment of 1st Interim Dividend is Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
