Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2024. 2. Declaration of 2nd (Second) interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25 at the rate of Rs. 1.75 per share (17.50% of paid-up share capital) of the Company.
