The Finance Committee at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, March 11, 2025 has approved the allotment of USD 100,000,000 8.75% Senior, Fixed Rate Notes due 2008 issued under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act 1993 as part of the USD 1 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme.
