Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the 'Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of insider trading' adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for the Designated Persons, Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons and Connected Persons will remain closed from January 1, 2021 for the consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said Unaudited Financial Results.
