With reference to previous intimation to BSE Limited vide letter dated May 10,2022, regarding intimation of incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary company i.e LKP IFSC Private Limited . In this regards ,we wish to further inform you that pursuant to requisite approval received from International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) and complying with other regulatory requirement, we had infused the fund of Rs. 1,00,00,000/- ( Rupees One Core Only) as 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each as mentioned towards Memorandum of Association (MOA) & Articles of Associations (AOA) of the Company.
