Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A, Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that the Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has considered and approved issuance of upto 3,000 unrated, unlisted, redeemable, secured, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) each for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 30,00,00,000 (Rupees Thirty Crores only) in one or more tranches to Non-Promoter category of investors.
