The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, 14th November, 2023 have inter-alia considered and approved appointment of Mr. Vineesh Vijayan Thazhumpal, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company (CS)(KMP) w.e.f. 14th November, 2023.
