IT Consulting & Software company L&T; Technology Services announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: For Q1FY27, the company reported a Total Income of Rs 29,692 million, representing a YoY increase of 9.79% from Rs 27,045 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 1.92% from Rs 29,132 million in Q4FY26. Revenue from operations for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 29,401 million, showing a YoY growth of 11.47% compared to Rs 26,375 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ growth of 2.88% against Rs 28,579 million in Q4FY26. The Net Profit for the period in Q1FY27 was Rs 3,571 million, which is a YoY increase of 12.97% from Rs 3,161 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 7.33% from Rs 3,327 million in Q4FY26. Profit before tax from continuing operations reached Rs 4,760 million in Q1FY27, reflecting a YoY increase of 15.90% from Rs 4,107 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ growth of 9.12% compared to Rs 4,362 million in Q4FY26. The Net Profit attributable to equity shareholders for Q1FY27 was Rs 3,566 million, up by 12.96% YoY from Rs 3,157 million in Q1FY26 and up by 7.38% QoQ from Rs 3,321 million in Q4FY26. The Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for continuing and discontinued operations combined stood at Rs 33.62 for Q1FY27, compared to Rs 29.81 in Q1FY26 and Rs 31.34 in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: The Standalone Total Income for Q1FY27 was Rs 24,960 million, registering a YoY increase of 10.30% from Rs 22,630 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 1.54% from Rs 24,581 million in Q4FY26. Revenue from operations for the quarter ended Q1FY27 reached Rs 24,690 million, showing a YoY growth of 12.46% against Rs 21,955 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ growth of 2.49% compared to Rs 24,091 million in Q4FY26. The Standalone Net Profit for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 3,329 million, representing a YoY growth of 8.15% from Rs 3,078 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ growth of 10.09% from Rs 3,024 million in Q4FY26. Profit before tax from continuing operations was Rs 4,437 million in Q1FY27, indicating a YoY increase of 11.04% from Rs 3,996 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 12.76% from Rs 3,935 million in Q4FY26. Standalone Basic EPS for continuing and discontinued operations was Rs 31.39 in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 29.06 in Q1FY26 and Rs 28.53 in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: Segment-wise Performance: Mobility: Revenue reached Rs 9,488 million in Q1FY27, a YoY increase of 11.90% from Rs 8,479 million in Q1FY26. Segment results (profit) for the quarter stood at Rs 1,481 million. Sustainability: Revenue was Rs 10,904 million in Q1FY27, showing a YoY growth of 23.66% from Rs 8,818 million in Q1FY26. Segment results (profit) for the quarter stood at Rs 3,178 million. Tech: Revenue stood at Rs 9,009 million in Q1FY27, reflecting a marginal YoY decline of 0.76% from Rs 9,078 million in Q1FY26. Segment results (profit) for the quarter stood at Rs 1,036 million. Segment Composition: The Mobility segment encompasses Automotive, Trucks and Off-highway Vehicles, Aerospace and Rail. The Sustainability segment encompasses Process Industry and Industrial Products. The Tech segment encompasses Medical Technology, Software & Platforms and Media & Tech. Business Restructuring: The company entered into a Business Transfer Agreement on March 25, 2026, to transfer the Smart World and Communication (SWC) Business unit, forming part of the Tech segment, by way of a sale on a going concern basis to AMI Paradigm Solutions Private Limited. Consequently, profits from this business are reported under 'Profit from Discontinued Operations'. Equity Allotment: During Q1FY27, the company allotted 70,450 equity shares of Rs 2 each fully paid-up upon the exercise of stock options by employees under the company's stock option scheme.
