With reference to our announcement dated November 09, 2022 regarding filing of application by State Bank of India, financial creditor, under section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) for a default amount of INR 2,42,33,00,269/- (INR Two Hundred and Forty Two Crores Thirty three lakhs and two hundred and sixty nine only), we inform you that the said application CP(IB) No. 308/07/HDB/2022 has been admitted by the NCLT, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, pursuant to their order dated November 15, 2022. The copy of the order has been served upon the Company by the Interim Resolution Professional on 17.11.2022.
