The Company Secretary / Compliance Officer has resigned on 14.01.2023 and the Company is yet to fill the vacancy, which should have been completed by 13.07.2023 in terms of section 203(4) of the Companies Act, 2013. The delay in compliance is due to extraordinary event of commencement of CIRP on 15.11.2022 and consequently, there has been financial distress. in the given financial position of the company, appointment of Company Secretary is not possible.
