Appointment of M/s SCV & Co., LLP, Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 years on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and recommended for the approval of Shareholders of the Company consequent to the completion of term of the existing auditors, viz. Amod Agrawal and Associates, Chartered Accountants, which ends on the ensuing 46th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
