The unaudited financial results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2024. 2. Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors have re-appointed Mrs. Likhitha Gaddipati (DIN: 07341087) as Whole-Time Director of the Company for a further period of three years with effect from August 11, 2024 to August 10, 2027 subject to approval of members of the Company at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
