Further, pursuant to the Listing Regulations and the amendments made thereto, the Trading Window in respect of equity shares of the Company will remain closed from April 01, 2025 till 48 hours from the date of declaration of the audited financial statements. Further, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we hereby intimate that the Company will be hosting an earnings call with analysts and investors on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 11:00 hrs.
