This is to inform you that the provision of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended 31st March, 2024 under Regulation 24 (A) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) (Amendments) Regulation, 2018 is not applicable to the Company. In this regard, we respectfully submit that as our company falls under the criteria as specified under Regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 due to the fact that Paid up equity share capital and Net worth of the company was below Rupees Ten Crore and Twenty Five Crore respectively as on the last day of the previous financial year i.e 31st March 2023.
