In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify that the Operations and Administrative Committee of the Company on 19th March, 2025 has allotted 2,179 fully paid up equity shares of INR 2 each pursuant to exercise of employee stock options/stock appreciation rights under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A and Cipla Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2021 of the Company.
