Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and Code of the Company, Trading Window for the Designated Persons and Connected Persons will remain closed from 1st July, 2026 for consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30.06.2026 and will open 48 hours after declaration of the said results.
