We hereby inform you that Seventy-Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Register of Beneficial Owners, Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, July 21, 2021 to Tuesday, July 27, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on July 27, 2021 and payment of final dividend of Rs 120/- and special dividend of Rs. 155/- per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2021, as recommended by the Board of Directors, subject to approval by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
