Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, we would like to inform that the Company has received an order in its favour from Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal, Mumbai ("the Order") under Section 18A of Central Sales Tax Act 1956 ("the Act") on 17th December 2024, towards the appeals filed against the various assessment orders passed by the Assessing Officer under the said Act.
