Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 28, 2025 has recommended Final Dividend Rs. 6.00/- per equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (60%) for FY 2024-25, subject to declarations of same by members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and will be paid within statutory timeline as per Companies Act, 2013 & the rules mad there under.
