Trading Window for the securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 30th September, 2022. The Trading Window shall be opened after passing 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting, in which the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2022 shall be approved.
