Strides Pharma Science Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025, inter alia: 1) To consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025; and 2) To consider and recommend final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. Further, as per the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, trading window for designated persons of the Company has been closed from April 1, 2025 and shall open after 48 hrs post declaration of financial results of the Company.
