Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT for Q1FY27 was Rs 507.5 million, a decrease of 12.71% QoQ compared to Rs 581.4 million in Q4FY26 and a decline of 32.06% YoY compared to Rs 747.0 million in Q1FY26. Net Profit After Tax: The company recorded a Net Profit of Rs 379.3 million in Q1FY27, showing a decline of 15.49% QoQ from Rs 448.8 million in Q4FY26 and a decrease of 32.06% YoY from Rs 558.3 million in Q1FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 15.17, compared to Rs 17.95 in Q4FY26 and Rs 22.33 in Q1FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: Total Comprehensive Income for Q1FY27 was Rs 376.3 million, down 6.21% QoQ from Rs 401.2 million in Q4FY26 and down 33.33% YoY from Rs 564.4 million in Q1FY26. Business Highlights: Therapy Area (TA) Wise Performance: Oncology: Reported revenue of Rs 4,649 million in Q1FY27, representing a growth of 26% compared to Q1FY26. Biopharmaceuticals (CVRM, R&I; and V&I;): Reported revenue of Rs 1,619 million in Q1FY27, representing a growth of 36% compared to Q1FY26. Rare Diseases: Reported revenue of Rs 144 million in Q1FY27, showing significant growth (35x) compared to Q1FY26. Asset Sale: During the quarter, operations at the company's manufacturing site in Bangalore ceased, and the company is currently in the process of selling assets related to this site. Board Changes: The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Arun Krishna as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) effective August 17, 2026. Ms. Bhavana Agrawal resigned as Chief Financial Officer effective August 31, 2026, and her designation changed from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director effective September 1, 2026.
