Honasa Consumer Ltd. share price target

Honasa remains our favored pick in the sector, on better execution supporting
a healthy revenue growth trend/margin expansion; this would lead to valuation
re-rating

Offline channels, which bring ~1/3rd of revenue for Honasa, are likely to be a
big driver of growth going ahead (better margin channel).

‘Honasa’ is derived from Honest, Natural, Safe. We believe its flywheel of ‘Mamaearth’ is replicable in other brands (demonstrated by success of ‘The Derma Co’, etc.).

Honasa, in a journey to gain scale in the Indian Beauty market, has built ‘The
Derma Co’ — their second profitable brand, with ARR of Rs5bn+. The Derma Co,
launched in 2020, offers science-backed products powered by active
