Rajshree Polypack Soft results, albeit well poised for FY21 Rajshree Polypack (RPPL) reported revenues at Rs 579m - down 13.8% HoH mainly due to machinery breakdown during Q3FY19. Rigid sheet sales were down 17.2% to 1,083 MT and thermoformed packaging products were down 6.4% to 1,819 MT. EBITDA margins contracted 180bps to 14.0% due to lower fixed cost absorption on account of plant shutdown and higher employee cost due to hiring of new people at HO level in the sales and marketing division as well as addition of contract laborers to the company's payroll.
