For H1FY27, standalone revenue stood at Rs 3,22,322 lakh, up 4.13% YoY against Rs 3,09,543 lakh in H1FY26. Total Income: Arrived at Rs 1,76,839 lakh in Q2FY27, growing 13.35% QoQ from Rs 1,56,013 lakh in Q1FY27 and expanding 14.75% YoY against Rs 1,54,114 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, total income increased by 5.51% YoY to Rs 3,32,852 lakh from Rs 3,15,473 lakh in H1FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Registered at Rs 34,910 lakh in Q2FY27, up 0.44% QoQ from Rs 34,757 lakh in Q1FY27 and jumping 50.20% YoY against Rs 23,243 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PBT grew by 60.56% YoY to Rs 69,667 lakh from Rs 43,390 lakh in H1FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT): Reached Rs 25,899 lakh in Q2FY27, down 0.63% QoQ from Rs 26,063 lakh in Q1FY27, but rising 50.56% YoY over Rs 17,202 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, standalone PAT expanded by 61.11% YoY to Rs 51,962 lakh relative to Rs 32,252 lakh in H1FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS came to Rs 11.31 in Q2FY27, slightly below Rs 11.39 in Q1FY27 (QoQ) but climbing significantly from Rs 7.52 in Q2FY26 (YoY). Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted consolidated EPS arrived at Rs 11.31 in Q2FY27 vs Rs 11.39 in Q1FY27 (QoQ) and Rs 7.52 in Q2FY26 (YoY). For H1FY27, consolidated EPS stepped up by 60.99% YoY to Rs 22.70 from Rs 14.10 in H1FY26. Business Highlights & Segment Performance: Agricultural Segment: Produced net segment revenue of Rs 1,71,534 lakh in Q2FY27, moving up 14.98% QoQ from Rs 1,49,187 lakh in Q1FY27 and increasing 14.87% YoY against Rs 1,49,330 lakh in Q2FY26. Segment results recorded a PBIT of Rs 33,068 lakh in Q2FY27, tracking down 1.27% QoQ from Rs 33,492 lakh in Q1FY27 but up 53.22% YoY over Rs 21,582 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, agricultural revenue was Rs 3,20,721 lakh and PBIT stood at Rs 66,560 lakh. Energy Segment: Delivered segment revenue of Rs 7,402 lakh in Q2FY27, higher by 13.27% QoQ against Rs 6,535 lakh in Q1FY27 and up 28.37% YoY compared to Rs 5,766 lakh in Q2FY26. Segment results posted a PBIT of Rs 2,268 lakh in Q2FY27, climbing 28.94% QoQ from Rs 1,759 lakh in Q1FY27 and up 3.14% YoY relative to Rs 2,199 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, energy segment revenue stood at Rs 13,937 lakh and PBIT reached Rs 4,027 lakh. Geographical Segment Breakdown: Within the agricultural division, domestic sales inside India generated Rs 1,41,814 lakh in Q2FY27 (up from Rs 1,05,965 lakh in Q2FY26), while international sales across the rest of the world brought in Rs 29,720 lakh during Q2FY27 (down from Rs 43,365 lakh in Q2FY26).
