Agricultural Products company KRBL announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: The consolidated total income for Q1FY27 was Rs 1,56,022 lakh, up 1.72% QoQ from Rs 1,53,378 lakh in Q4FY26 and down 3.49% YoY from Rs 1,61,674 lakh in Q1FY26. Revenue from Operations: Consolidated revenue for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 1,49,586 lakh, showing a decline of 1.94% QoQ from Rs 1,52,550 lakh in Q4FY26 and a decline of 5.58% YoY from Rs 1,58,435 lakh in Q1FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Consolidated PBT was Rs 34,768 lakh in Q1FY27, a substantial increase of 65.41% QoQ compared to Rs 21,019 lakh in Q4FY26 and a 72.50% increase YoY from Rs 20,155 lakh in Q1FY26. Net Profit (Profit After Tax): Consolidated PAT stood at Rs 26,074 lakh in Q1FY27, growing by 67.81% QoQ from Rs 15,538 lakh in Q4FY26 and by 73.16% YoY from Rs 15,058 lakh in Q1FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): The consolidated Basic and Diluted EPS rose to Rs 11.39 for Q1FY27, compared to Rs 6.79 in Q4FY26 and Rs 6.58 in Q1FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: The standalone total income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 1,56,013 lakh, an increase of 1.72% on a QoQ basis compared to Rs 1,53,369 lakh in Q4FY26. However, it saw a decline of 3.49% on a YoY basis compared to Rs 1,61,666 lakh in Q1FY26. Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q1FY27 reached Rs 1,49,586 lakh, representing a decrease of 1.94% from Rs 1,52,550 lakh in Q4FY26 and a decrease of 5.58% from Rs 1,58,435 lakh in Q1FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): The company reported a standalone PBT of Rs 34,757 lakh in Q1FY27, marking a growth of 65.43% QoQ from Rs 21,010 lakh in Q4FY26 and a growth of 72.51% YoY from Rs 20,147 lakh in Q1FY26. Net Profit (Profit After Tax): Standalone PAT stood at Rs 26,063 lakh in Q1FY27, reflecting a growth of 67.83% compared to Rs 15,529 lakh in Q4FY26 and an increase of 73.17% compared to Rs 15,050 lakh in Q1FY26. Business Highlights Segment Performance: Agri Segment: Revenue for the Agri segment was Rs 1,49,187 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 1,53,337 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 1,56,857 lakh in Q1FY26. The segment results (profit before tax and interest) reached Rs 33,492 lakh in Q1FY27. Energy Segment: Revenue for the Energy segment was Rs 6,535 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 5,402 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 5,973 lakh in Q1FY26. The segment results reached Rs 1,759 lakh in Q1FY27. Geographical Agri Revenue: In the Agri segment, the India market contributed Rs 1,24,827 lakh while the Rest of the World (exports) contributed Rs 24,360 lakh during Q1FY27. Legal Investigation Update: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is investigating the company’s Joint Managing Director (JMD) and its subsidiary KRBL DMCC regarding alleged proceeds of crime of USD 24.62 million in the AgustaWestland case during 2008-2010. Management maintains that no conclusive evidence has been found to ascertain the impact on financial statements and no further action is proposed following a report from an independent professional firm. Auditor Re-appointment: The Board approved the re-appointment of M/s. HMVN & Associates, Cost Accountants, as Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2026-27. Result PDF
