Auto Tyres & Rubber Products company GRP announced Q2FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations was Rs 17,233.55 lakh in Q2FY27, growing by 9.89% QoQ from Rs 15,683.08 lakh in Q1FY27, and up 30.21% YoY from Rs 13,235.64 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, revenue from operations stood at Rs 32,916.63 lakh, a YoY increase of 28.53% compared to Rs 25,610.31 lakh in H1FY26. Total income reached Rs 17,270.59 lakh in Q2FY27, representing a QoQ growth of 9.80% against Rs 15,729.13 lakh in Q1FY27, and a YoY increase of 29.72% from Rs 13,313.27 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, total income stood at Rs 32,999.72 lakh, showing a YoY improvement of 28.00% over Rs 25,780.84 lakh in H1FY26. PBT (Profit Before Tax) stood at Rs 885.98 lakh in Q2FY27, increasing by 5.32% QoQ from Rs 841.20 lakh in Q1FY27, and increasing by 166.99% YoY from Rs 331.84 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PBT was reported at Rs 1,727.18 lakh, a YoY surge of 164.28% compared to Rs 653.53 lakh in H1FY26. PAT (Net Profit After Tax) was Rs 637.64 lakh in Q2FY27, jumping by 51.88% QoQ from Rs 419.84 lakh in Q1FY27, and rising by 225.51% YoY from Rs 195.89 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PAT came in at Rs 1,057.48 lakh, registering a YoY expansion of 185.27% over Rs 370.69 lakh in H1FY26. EPS (Basic) was Rs 11.96 in Q2FY27, up 51.97% QoQ from Rs 7.87 in Q1FY27, and up 225.89% YoY from Rs 3.67 in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, Basic EPS was Rs 19.83 compared to Rs 6.95 in H1FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations was Rs 16,699.52 lakh in Q2FY27, showing a QoQ growth of 7.29% compared to Rs 15,565.01 lakh in Q1FY27, and a YoY increase of 27.87% from Rs 13,059.51 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, it reached Rs 32,264.53 lakh, up 29.15% YoY from Rs 24,981.87 lakh in H1FY26. Total income stood at Rs 16,767.31 lakh in Q2FY27, gaining 6.97% QoQ from Rs 15,675.20 lakh in Q1FY27, and advancing 27.04% YoY from Rs 13,198.55 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, total income recorded Rs 32,442.51 lakh, marking a YoY growth of 28.37% from Rs 25,273.22 lakh in H1FY26. PBT (Profit Before Tax) stood at Rs 838.66 lakh in Q2FY27, decreasing by 5.01% QoQ compared to Rs 882.90 lakh in Q1FY27, but climbing 77.00% YoY from Rs 473.85 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PBT was Rs 1,721.56 lakh, representing a YoY rise of 82.22% against Rs 944.76 lakh in H1FY26. PAT (Net Profit After Tax) was Rs 582.19 lakh in Q2FY27, rising by 20.78% QoQ from Rs 487.03 lakh in Q1FY27, and growing by 76.38% YoY from Rs 330.08 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PAT stood at Rs 1,064.22 lakh, up 60.14% YoY compared to Rs 664.52 lakh in H1FY26. EPS (Basic) stood at Rs 10.92 in Q2FY27, up 20.80% QoQ from Rs 9.04 in Q1FY27, and up 71.70% YoY from Rs 6.36 in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, Basic EPS was Rs 19.95 compared to Rs 12.46 in H1FY26. Business & Segment Highlights: Rubber Recycling Consolidated Segment Revenue stood at Rs 15,703.95 lakh in Q2FY27, growing 5.00% QoQ from Rs 14,956.54 lakh in Q1FY27, and up 21.51% YoY from Rs 12,923.39 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, segment revenue was Rs 30,660.49 lakh compared to Rs 24,449.28 lakh in H1FY26. Others Consolidated Segment Revenue was Rs 3,154.88 lakh in Q2FY27, increasing 52.97% QoQ from Rs 2,062.38 lakh in Q1FY27, and up 130.63% YoY from Rs 1,377.93 lakh in Q2FY26.
