H1FY27 PAT reached Rs 2,220 million, surpassing our FY26 PAT of Rs 2,058 million in just six months, underscoring the scale of our business and strong growth momentum. In Q2FY27, Revenue from Operations grew 335.7% YoY to Rs 13,233 million. Operating EBITDA increased 334.0% YoY to Rs 1,973 million, with a margin of 14.9%, while PAT rose 334.8% YoY to Rs 1,367 million, translating into a margin of 10.2%. Our ability to sustain margins while scaling, reflects strong execution and operational discipline amid rising demand for high-performance computing and AI infrastructure. AI Systems remained the primary growth driver, contributing Rs 7,731 million (58.4% of Revenue from Operations) and growing 1,068.1% YoY. HPC and Private Cloud also delivered robust performance, contributing Rs 2,482 million and Rs 2,448 million, respectively, highlighting the strength of our diversified growth portfolio. As of 30 September 2026, our order book stood at Rs 26,290 million, with an additional L1 position of Rs 6,525 million, providing strong revenue visibility for the coming quarters. The quarter also marked a significant milestone in our growth journey, as we successfully raised Rs 12,000 million through our first capital raise since listing in July 2023. We are grateful to our investors for their overwhelming response and continued confidence in our business, growth strategy, and long-term potential. The world is witnessing an unprecedented surge in demand for AI compute, with India emerging as a significant growth market. Government bodies, public institutions and large enterprises increasingly view compute as strategic infrastructure, prioritising secure, high-performance systems that enable critical data and workloads to remain within the country while optimising AI token economics. Achieving cost-efficient token generation requires not just access to advanced compute, but also strong engineering, system design and solutioning capabilities. Netweb has invested in building these capabilities over the years, positioning us to address the evolving requirements of this market. Simultaneously, global cloud service providers (CSPs), data centre operators, enterprises, and Neocloud providers are expanding GPU-intensive infrastructure to support the growing computational demands of AI training, inference and other AI-driven applications, with India emerging as an important destination for their expansion plans. These developments, coupled with the growing need for indigenous computing capabilities and end-to-end technology stacks, are reinforcing the importance of sovereign infrastructure. With our integrated design and engineering capabilities, in-house manufacturing and end-to-end solution deployment expertise, Netweb is well positioned to meet these requirements. Our strategies for supercomputing & private cloud have also delivered excellent results. Furthermore, as the National Supercomputing Mission (NSM) 2.0 places greater emphasis on designing and building in India, and HPC adoption expands across enterprises, indigenous design & manufacturing and bespoke solutioning are becoming increasingly important differentiators in the high-end computing landscape. We believe these structural drivers will support a sustained growth cycle in the high-end computing space. Our active pipeline of Rs 1,11,518 million provides significant visibility into potential business opportunities and reinforces our confidence in the growth outlook. As a leading Indian-origin OEM in High-end Computing Solutions, we continue to advance our technological capabilities through sustained investment in innovation and a chip-agnostic design philosophy. Combined with our alignment with the Make in India vision, a strengthened balance sheet following the recent capital raise and a robust order book, these strengths position us to capitalise on the expanding demand for high-end computing, deliver sustainable long-term growth and create enduring value for our stakeholders.” Result PDF
