Aerospace & Defence company Apollo Micro Systems announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: The consolidated revenue for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 25,129.30 lakh, representing a significant growth of 88.12% YoY compared to Rs 13,358.31 lakh in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, revenue decreased by 14.31% from Rs 29,325.62 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income: Total income for Q1FY27 was Rs 25,354.25 lakh, an increase of 88.57% YoY from Rs 13,445.50 lakh in Q1FY26, and a QoQ decline of 14.47% from Rs 29,644.90 lakh in Q4FY26. Net Profit After Tax: The company reported a consolidated profit of Rs 2,521.60 lakh in Q1FY27, reflecting a YoY increase of 42.59% from Rs 1,768.46 lakh in Q1FY26. Profit declined QoQ by 31.45% compared to Rs 3,678.76 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: Total comprehensive income for the quarter ended Q1FY27 reached Rs 2,517.86 lakh, compared to Rs 1,768.46 lakh in Q1FY26 and Rs 3,691.88 lakh in Q4FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS for Q1FY27 was Rs 0.75, compared to Rs 0.59 in Q1FY26 and Rs 1.11 in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q1FY27 reached Rs 15,589.44 lakh, up 16.70% YoY from Rs 13,358.31 lakh in Q1FY26. It saw a QoQ decrease of 24.04% from Rs 20,522.18 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income: Total standalone income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 16,325.27 lakh, registering a 20.99% YoY growth from Rs 13,493.05 lakh in Q1FY26, and a 23.58% QoQ decline from Rs 21,362.77 lakh in Q4FY26. Net Profit After Tax: Standalone net profit for Q1FY27 was Rs 2,783.38 lakh, a YoY growth of 43.28% from Rs 1,942.56 lakh in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, profit decreased by 25.67% from Rs 3,744.73 lakh in Q4FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Standalone basic and diluted EPS was Rs 0.77 for Q1FY27, compared to Rs 0.62 in Q1FY26 and Rs 1.11 in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: Warrant Conversion: During Q1FY27, the balance 1,43,07,072 share warrants outstanding as of March 31, 2026, were converted into equity shares of face value Rs 1/- each at a conversion price of Rs 114/- per share. Consequently, all 3,80,67,058 share warrants issued on June 2, 2025, have now been fully converted into equity shares. Strategic Acquisition: Apollo Defence Industries Private Limited, a subsidiary, acquired a 100% stake in IDL Explosives Limited. The transaction was completed on November 15, 2025, for a total purchase consideration of Rs 10,700.00 lakh. Subsidiary Operations: Step-down subsidiaries reported positive results and earned profits during Q1FY27. The management has business plans in place to further improve their profitability and financial position. Share Capital Base: The weighted average number of equity shares outstanding increased following the allotment of shares on a preferential offer basis, growing from 33,35,32,454 shares in Q1FY26 to 37,15,99,512 shares in Q1FY27, an increase of over 11%.
