Revenue from Operations: Revenue reached Rs 1,666.58 million in Q1FY27, an increase of 61.48% YoY over Rs 1,032.05 million in Q1FY26 and a growth of 12.06% QoQ from Rs 1,487.23 million in Q4FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): The company reported a consolidated PBT of Rs 396.83 million in Q1FY27, marking a significant YoY increase of 425.74% from Rs 75.48 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 2.82% over Rs 385.95 million in Q4FY26. Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue stood at Rs 1,692.22 million in Q1FY27, reflecting a YoY growth of 59.83% from Rs 1,058.76 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ growth of 21.23% from Rs 1,395.89 million in Q4FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT for the standalone entity was Rs 393.11 million in Q1FY27, up 422.27% YoY from Rs 75.27 million in Q1FY26 and up 11.25% QoQ from Rs 353.35 million in Q4FY26. Net Profit (PAT): Standalone PAT reached Rs 294.05 million in Q1FY27, showing a YoY growth of 460.20% compared to Rs 52.49 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 12.86% over Rs 260.55 million in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: IPO Proceeds: The Holding Company received Rs 3,932.44 million from the fresh issue of equity shares (net of revised offer expenses). As of June 30, 2026, the company has utilized Rs 1,523.97 million, with the remaining unutilized proceeds of Rs 2,408.47 million parked in fixed deposits with scheduled commercial banks. Issue Expenses Reallocation: During the quarter, total issue expenses reduced by Rs 20.96 million. Consequently, Rs 15.03 million was reallocated to the Holding Company for General Corporate Purposes and Rs 5.93 million was refunded to the Selling Shareholder. Depreciation Method Change: Effective Q1FY27, the Group changed its depreciation method from the Written Down Value (WDV) method to the Straight Line Method (SLM). Had the Group continued with the WDV method, the consolidated depreciation expense for Q1FY27 would have been higher by Rs 76.18 million, and PBT would have been lower by the same amount. Incentive Scheme: The Holding Company formulated the "Omnitech Engineering Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2025" (ESOP scheme) in May 2025. As of these results, no options have been vested or granted under the scheme.
