The Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of Omnitech Engineering Limited (the Company) shall remain closed for the Directors, Promoters, Promoter Group, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, July 01, 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financials Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
