Industrial Machinery company Powerica announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 805.17 crore, representing a growth of 3.96% QoQ from Rs 774.51 crore in Q3FY26 and an increase of 8.79% YoY compared to Rs 740.13 crore in Q4FY25. Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 801.15 crore, showing a growth of 5.01% QoQ compared to Rs 762.93 crore in Q3FY26 and an increase of 10.93% YoY compared to Rs 722.19 crore in Q4FY25. Profit After Tax (attributable to owners of the company) for Q4FY26 was Rs 42.51 crore, a decline of 55.64% QoQ from Rs 95.83 crore and an increase of 15.89% YoY from Rs 36.68 crore. For the full year FY26, Total Income reached Rs 3,054.55 crore, marking a 12.67% increase over Rs 2,711.13 crore in FY25. Revenue from Operations for FY26 was Rs 3,011.52 crore, showing a growth of 13.50% compared to Rs 2,653.27 crore in FY25. Net Profit (attributable to owners of the company) for FY26 stood at Rs 267.21 crore, representing a significant growth of 63.75% over Rs 163.18 crore in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 725.17 crore, an increase of 9.79% QoQ from Rs 660.49 crore and a 3.06% increase YoY from Rs 703.63 crore. Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 reached Rs 718.70 crore, a growth of 10.77% QoQ from Rs 648.83 crore and 4.73% YoY from Rs 686.23 crore. Net Profit for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 34.28 crore, representing a decrease of 61.64% QoQ from Rs 89.35 crore and an increase of 25.94% YoY compared to Rs 27.22 crore in Q4FY25. Annual Total Income for FY26 was Rs 2,641.93 crore, up 3.24% from Rs 2,558.90 crore in FY25. Standalone Net Profit for FY26 reached Rs 201.63 crore, showing a 42.31% increase YoY from Rs 141.68 crore in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: Generator Set Business: Revenue for FY26 stood at Rs 2,501.69 crore, showing a growth of 10.93% compared to Rs 2,255.19 crore in FY25. The segment results (PBIT) reached Rs 224.40 crore for the year. Wind Power: Revenue for FY26 grew by 28.61% to Rs 511.99 crore, up from Rs 398.08 crore in FY25. Initial Public Offer (IPO): The company completed its IPO of 2,78,53,058 equity shares at Rs 395 per share, aggregating a fresh issue of Rs 700.00 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 400.00 crore. The shares were listed on the NSE and BSE on April 2, 2026. Utilization of IPO Proceeds: As of March 31, 2026, the net proceeds of Rs 661.51 crore were held in escrow/public issue accounts and remained unutilized. The intended objects include Rs 525.00 crore for prepayment/repayment of borrowings and Rs 136.51 crore for general corporate purposes. New Subsidiaries: The Board approved the incorporation and investment in two new wholly-owned subsidiaries, Whisperwind Renewable Private Limited and Windfusion Renewable Private Limited, to focus on the renewable energy sector. Bonus Issue: During FY26, the company issued bonus shares in the ratio of 3:1 for each equity share of face value Rs 5 each, as approved by the shareholders in May 2025. For Q4FY26, revenue grew by 10.9% YoY to Rs 801.15 crore with EBITDA and PAT margins of 10.8% and 5.6%, respectively.
