Household Appliances company IFB Industries announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: For Q4FY26, the company reported a total income of Rs 1,456.38 crore, representing an increase of 11.03% YoY from Rs 1,311.68 crore in Q4FY25 and a growth of 5.37% QoQ compared to Rs 1,382.10 crore in Q3FY26. Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 1,437.19 crore, up 10.51% YoY from Rs 1,300.49 crore and up 4.51% QoQ from Rs 1,375.13 crore. Net Profit: The company earned a net profit of Rs 33.72 crore in Q4FY26, witnessing a significant growth of 51.28% YoY from Rs 22.29 crore and a 37.58% increase QoQ from Rs 24.51 crore. Annual Performance: For the full year FY26, total income reached Rs 5,475.91 crore, an increase of 9.92% YoY compared to Rs 4,977.19 crore in FY25. Standalone net profit for FY26 stood at Rs 133.34 crore, up 3.57% from Rs 128.75 crore in the previous year. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted standalone EPS for FY26 was Rs 32.91, compared to Rs 31.79 in FY25. Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: Consolidated total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,507.23 crore, marking a growth of 15.50% YoY from Rs 1,345.01 crore and an increase of 6.16% QoQ from Rs 1,419.73 crore in the preceding quarter. Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, consolidated revenue stood at Rs 1,498.20 crore, up 12.33% YoY from Rs 1,333.70 crore and up 6.06% QoQ from Rs 1,412.54 crore. Net Profit: Consolidated net profit for Q4FY26 reached Rs 42.67 crore, reflecting a robust growth of 152.93% YoY compared to Rs 16.87 crore in Q4FY25 and a 78.24% increase QoQ from Rs 23.94 crore. Annual Performance: For the full year FY26, consolidated total income was Rs 5,652.59 crore, up 10.25% YoY from Rs 5,126.89 crore. Annual consolidated net profit grew by 20.73% YoY to reach Rs 143.56 crore compared to Rs 118.91 crore in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Consolidated basic and diluted EPS for FY26 stood at Rs 35.43, compared to Rs 29.35 in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: Home Appliances: This segment remained the primary revenue driver, recording an annual revenue of Rs 4,362.29 crore in FY26, compared to Rs 3,975.46 crore in FY25. Engineering: The segment reported revenue of Rs 930.15 crore for FY26, up from Rs 834.92 crore in the previous year. Motor: Revenue for this segment was Rs 76.15 crore in FY26 against Rs 65.75 crore in FY25. Steel: This segment contributed Rs 194.10 crore to the annual standalone revenue. Final Dividend: The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 5/- (250%) per equity share of face value Rs 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Labour Code Impact: The company assessed and recognized an incremental liability for employee benefits under the New Labour Codes. An incremental liability of Rs 0.58 crore and Rs 13.96 crore was recognized as an "Exceptional Item" during Q4FY26 and FY26, respectively. Acquisition Note: Employee benefit and other expenses in the consolidated results include integration and restructuring costs of Rs 20.6 crore and Rs 114.6 crore, respectively, for the year ended March 31, 2026, related to the acquired global pigment business of the Heubach Group.
